Large-format Laminam boards are produced in a unique technological process, in which natural clay raw materials, granites, metamorphic rocks and ceramic pigments are used. The indicated materials are compacted during the shaping process, pressed and sintered at 1200 ° C. Thanks to the technology used, high quality raw materials and firing temperature, LAMINAM sintered surfaces have a unique appearance and properties, including heat and hygienic resistance, resistance to weather conditions, stains, scratches and low water absorption. How long does the order take?
The production of REA furniture for individual orders lasts about 4-6 weeks. REA furniture ceramic top and steel frame is made to order on request.
What size and thickness are the sintered Laminam quartz tops?
We usually use sinters 3.5 mm thick reinforced with fiberglass mesh or 5.0 mm (depending on availability) due to weight and strength. Laminam is also available in other thicknesses. We make tables to size according to customer preferences.
What thickness are the table frames?
At the tables, we usually use 12mm-20mm thick frames. At tables and desks, we use thicknesses above 20mm due to the dimensions and weight of the furniture.
What are the types and colors of the steel frame finish?
We offer finishing table frames in a polished or brushed version. Finish of steel frames to choose from: chrome (silver), copper (rusty), brass (gold), powder coated in any RAL color (gloss or matt), stainless steel.
